List and Edit your listings in Bulk
As an online business person, your time is precious. Not everyone can hire extra manpower to manage their eBay listings for them. If you are a seller with a high number of listings, eBay has a handy tool to help you out.
Not to be confused with multiple variations, bulk listing & editing means that you are able to set up and edit many different listings at the same time.
For example, you have 100 different listings of running shoes and you need to change the category for all. Instead of having to edit each individually, you can change the category of all the listings at the same time.
The same goes for bulk listing. With the Multiple Listing tool in the Seller Hub, you can now create many new listings at the same time while including unique information for each.
TIP: This is especially useful for items in similar categories, e.g. various watch types.
STEP ONE: Go to your Seller Hub > Listings. On the top right corner, click Create listing and select Multiple listing from the dropdown menu.

STEP TWO: In the Start new listings page, input the number of new listings you want to create in bulk.

STEP THREE: Enter the information that’s the same for the listings you’ll create. For example, enter the category, listing format, duration, shipping, and payment information. Click Continue.
STEP FOUR: You will be brought to a Quick edit pane. Here you can enter unique values individually or select all or some to edit them together. Choose what you would like to do from the dropdown menus.
